A shopping list you'll love
The struggle for the perfect list is real
Over the decades I've angsted in my search for ideal shopping list format.
I've tried everything from scraps of paper to digital to memory. The last one makes me laugh the most. I enter the supermarket, knowing I need just four things: milk, roasted ham, frozen pineapples and butter. Four things. Easy.
I'm not four feet inside the supermarket and either: I can remember I need four things and can't remember what they are OR I remember I need roasted pineapples. Oy.
Nowadays, I use a dry erase whiteboard. It's stuck to the side of my fridge for easy access in adding items to the list. Then, when it's time to go to market I simply take a photo of the list with my phone. When it's time for a new list, I erase and start again.
You're welcome.
